Opening Ceremony of the Building Complex for the Faculty of Engineering was held on 28th, September 2016. The occasion was headed by the Vice Chancellor Prof. Sampath Amaratunge.
Academic and non academic staff members of the University were present in the event. Blessings of the noble triple gems were obtained for the successful conduct of Faculty Affairs, following a Pirith Chanting by the Venerable Maha Sangha.
The building complex consists of lecture rooms, staff rooms, laboratories and other essential facilities for students and staff.
