Department of Computer Engineering conducted a gaming competition in the second semester to enhance the student’s programming skills based on their knowledge gained throughout the ‘Programming for engineers’ course module.
There were twenty four groups, five students in each group, and judge panel decided to select three winners in the competition based on the presentation, final demonstration, creativity, judges’ gaming experience, and usage of knowledge in developing the game. All the games were developed for the console mode and creating an attractive graphical user interface was a challenge for all the groups.
Most of the groups successfully presented their novel and innovative game concepts to the audience. At last, three groups won the first, second and third places. You can download the games of these three groups in .zip or .exe (x86 version) format and play them.
